Sam Pillsbury, a premier Arizona Winemaker committed to the cultivation of Arizona-only vines and wines, and Prado Chef de Cuisine Claudio Urciuoli, a Slow-Food member and champion of local, sustainable ingredients, will be serving a four-course meal with wine pairings. Menu items include Grilled prawns and Controne beans with wild oregano paired with a Pillsbury 2008 Pinot Gris ‘Casa Blanca’ and Lamb T bone, Merguez sausage and olive pesto paired with a Pillsbury 2007 Petite Syrah, among others.
